KCA offers substantial experience with the legal issues involved in all types of criminal prosecutions. Our practice includes representation of clients charged with capital offences and minor offences, including narcotics/drugs, assaults, larcenies, thefts, firearms, arson, customs, and immigration-related crimes, and fraud, from pre-arraignment through trial and appeal.​
We deal with numerous prosecutorial and law enforcement agencies, including the Uganda Police, Criminal Investigations Department (CID), Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), the U.P.D.F, the Uganda Prisons, Immigration, Ministry of internal affairs.
